Last Will and Testament – Just in Case

Hey, I’m not some fancy dude with lawyers but just in case this seems permanent and serious enough to make it real.

I, Christopher David Damitio, being of sound mind and body do make this testament to my last wishes for my body and property. In the event that I should leave this earth before I am ready, I leave all of my worldly possessions to my wife, Hanane Souidi (Damitio). In the event that she should perish with me I leave everything to my daughter Sophia Damitio including websites, physical possessions, and royalties from books or recordings. If my daughter is still under the age of 18, I leave everything in stewardship of my sister Fawn Damitio (Liston) and also award guardianship of Sophia Damitio to my sister along with all of my meager possessions until she is 18 years of age. I want Fawn to be the guardian of my daughter until she is 28 but 18 will do.

That’s it. Is it legal enough. I hope so.

That’s it.

  1. Actually you need to handwrite this and you have an enforceable holographic will. Internet posts do not bind in law.
